Kale was born and raised in southwest Ohio. He was blessed to have grown up in a godly family of six and came to know Christ at an early age. He attended Ohio Wesleyan University and graduated in 2012 with a degree in History (which, regardless of what Adam Pursel may say, is way more legit than Mathematics). It was during his junior year at Ohio Wesleyan that Kale became sold out for Christ and felt called to vocational ministry. Kale serves as the student pastor at the Mount Vernon campus and is pursuing an M.A. in Theological Studies through Liberty University. Kale enjoys almost all sports, especially soccer and basketball, and he was a distance runner in college. Though currently retired from running, he is considering making a comeback for Rio 2016
