Whether it be vacation, work, or illnesses, we all have schedule conflicts that come up from time to time. All we ask is that you follow the guidelines below for finding a substitute/making a switch:

• Please do everything in your power to make/request schedule changes prior to the Thursday of the week you are scheduled to serve (Reminder emails are sent on Thursdays and we would like them to be as accurate as possible)
• Switches can be made within the following groups: Babies, Toddlers, Preschool (2–5 yr olds), School Age (K-5th)
• Please refrain from switching across groups (i.e. Babies for Toddlers, Preschool for School Age)
• To find a sub,
  • Look through the volunteer rotation to identify teachers in your grade level group that are scheduled during another service or week
  • Lookup those teachers in CCB (Church Community Builder — the LifePoint Church Database) and call and/or email them about a possible trade in schedule
  • It’s quick and easy to retrieve a forgotten CCB password
  • If you’ve never used CCB, you can sign up for a CCB login
  • If none of the other teachers are available to cover your scheduled time, call Steve Clifton at 614.668.1878 or Angie Clifton at 740.549.3417 to discuss
