Lead a designated group of people who have covenanted together to Discover, Shepherd, and Experience God’s truth in their lives. Responsibilities include leading a weekly small group meeting, delegating strategic roles to fulfill the needs of the group, apprenticing a future leader, caring for group members, ensuring participation in service and fellowship, and regularly attend meetings with a coach.
