LifePoint Kids Ministry Team

LifePoint Kids Nursery Team -

Work with pre-school age children to provide childcare and facilitate learning during the weekly worship times. Volunteers who work with infants will facilitate nurturing, feeding, and diapering. Volunteers who work with toddlers and older children will facilitate the playtime, snack, and diapering needs of those children. LifePoint Kids Group Leader -

Present Bible lessons and lead/facilitate in the classroom for a specific age-group of children. With the use of a provided curriculum, lead the teaching time, coordinate the rotation of students through activities, and give direction to LifePoint Kids Assistants as they help you shepherd the children in activities and conversations related to the week’s lesson. LifePoint Kids Group Assistant -

Assist a LifePoint Kids Group Leader and coordinate and facilitate learning and activities for a specific age-group of children. This volunteer will help provide general assistance to the group leader as needed each week. Curriculum Team -

Work with a Curriculum Coordinator to assist in the process of writing/preparing childcare teaching materials, distributing materials, and working with leaders to help them have the materials they need to be effective. Pre-Service Children’s Volunteer -

The Pre-Service Children’s Volunteer is responsible for the care of the children of leaders and volunteers who arrive early to help with the preparation for weekend services. This ministry will allow families in which both parents are serving an opportunity to get prepared for their place of service. LifePoint Kids Greeter/Registration Team -

Welcomes parents and children at the registration tables that correspond with their age group and directs them to the appropriate area. LifePoint Kids Registration Leader -

LifePoint Kids Registration Assistant -

Helps families of LifePoint children and visitors through the registration process by welcoming new families to LifePoint, escorting families to classes, and distributing security cards prior to service.
